What Happened To Kassidi In Shameless?
Some viewers were disappointed to see Kassidi return when Shameless made its ninth-season debut. His new wife went to military school, while he ultimately chose not to. Carl eventually became frustrated with his wife's behavior and voiced his displeasure to his employees. The younger pupils then tell Carl that Kassidi is no longer a problem and is likely dead.

Did Shameless Remove Kassidi's Death Scene?
She made an intriguing remark in Season 8 that seemed to imply that she would pass away without Carl. It turns out that when she was slain in Season 9, she actually passed away without Carl present. It's believed that a deleted sequence proved Kassidi's demise. The cadet is seen in the clip coming up on her while she is reading and covering her head with a bag. Then, he dragged her dead body into a vacant grave, where he laid her to rest. Unexpectedly, Shameless skipped over Kassidi's passing later in the season.
