As an administrator, you may cancel or resume services for wireless numbers that you control. If you terminate service before the end of your contract, you will be charged an early termination fee. The early termination fee is reduced by each full month of service completed.

The AT&T Early Termination Fee: Smartphone: $325 minus $10 for each month you fulfill the service commitment. Tablets: $150 minus $4 for each month you fulfill the service commitment.

You can cancel your AT&T Internet service within 14 days after signing up and avoid paying an Early Termination Fee (ETF). If you cancel beyond 14 days from activation, you must pay service fees as well as other expenses such as an ETF.
